This EI in WI website is the hub of the professional development system for the Wisconsin Birth to 3 Program’s workforce.
The EI in WI professional development system and platform is coordinated by the RESource Project. The Wisconsin Department of Health Services contracts with CESA 5’s RESource Project to provide professional development for Wisconsin’s Birth to 3 Program workforce.
In 2021, the ARPA Grant afforded us the time, space and energy to look at our work and make needed upgrades to move into the future. DHS wanted to be certain that projects funded by ARPA would have long term positive effects. With this in mind, they partnered with RESource to create a new “re-imagined” professional development system for our workforce. RESource used the ARPA contract and combined it with their ongoing contract.
