Resources to support evaluation and assessment practices throughout the early intervention process.

Evaluation and assessment practices are a critical component of early intervention services for children with developmental delays or disabilities. It involves a comprehensive and systematic evaluation and ongoing assessment of a child’s abilities, strengths, and challenges, as well as an assessment of the family’s needs and resources. The following resources can provide a good starting point for understanding and implementing effective evaluation and assessment practices in early intervention.
